In person, coin shops are your best bet.
Online, eBay is a great source for the small investor to buy 1 oz silver bars in small quantities. Make sure to include shipping costs in your decision on where to buy.
Do you understand that the markup is higher on smaller (1 ounce) bars or rounds than on larger sizes? 10 one-ounce bars will cost you more than 1 ten-ounce.
